A warmly composed group portrait presents a diverse team gathered on an indoor staircase, with people arranged in staggered rows and several faces engaging the camera directly. The close framing and slightly elevated perspective give the gathering an immediate, communal presence, while the architectural lines of the stairwell and blue ceiling panels provide structure behind the relaxed expressions and varied clothing.
