Daisies Beneath the Blue Ridge

A layered botanical landscape fills the foreground with oversized daisies, serrated green leaves, seed heads, and translucent stems, while a hazy blue-green ridge recedes across the upper half. Cut-paper forms, painted passages, rubbed textures, and delicate drawn marks give the vegetation a richly tactile surface, balancing recognizable wildflowers with an almost dreamlike flattening of space. The dense lower growth contrasts with the open, misty distance, creating a quiet sense of immersion in an abundant meadow.
