A monumental wrapped figure confronts the viewer with oversized circular eyes, a projecting nose, and tightly layered fabric that suggests both an ancient mummy and an uncanny mask. Warm museum lighting grazes the rough textile surface, revealing frayed edges, seams, folds, and small abrasions while deep shadows gather around the features. The frontal, tightly cropped composition gives the sculpture an imposing and quietly surreal presence.
