The Murder Board

Grace

Grace creates theatrical digital collages that transform Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Cask of Amontillado” into dense investigative dossiers. Through painted portraits, red thread, torn documents, archival textures, and Victorian typography, she builds fictional murder boards charged with accusation and suspense. Her layered compositions invite viewers to piece together clues while blurring the line between literary adaptation and true-crime archive. The result is tactile, gothic storytelling with a distinctly theatrical edge.
