Landscape From the Studio

A hand-rendered pastoral scene appears to spill through a wooden window frame and cascade onto a painter’s desk, where drawers become flower-filled garden beds. A thatched cottage, stream, reeds, distant mountains, and heavy clouds occupy the inner landscape, while jars, brushes, and a palette anchor the surrounding studio. Carefully modeled wood grain, textured foliage, and layered watery marks give the fantastical construction a tactile, storybook quality.
