Uncharted Territory

The map represents entering an organisational context that I did not yet fully understand. The different routes and layers reflect how my understanding of the project developed as we moved beyond the initial training request and learnt more about GWF, its people and the environment in which it operates. The journey shows that understanding the client’s context had to come before deciding where the intervention should lead.
