Lucía Huerta

Lucía Huerta’s photographic practice explores intimate encounters, from solitary portraiture and domestic companionship to charged moments of collective scrutiny. Her black-and-white portraits and documentary scenes use close framing, soft focus, visible grain, and gently aged color to balance directness with ambiguity. Across these works, she turns ordinary spaces and faces into quiet narratives of memory, tension, and human connection.
