The Conversation Continues

A photographic collage begins with a convivial outdoor luncheon, where women in colorful dresses and wide-brimmed hats gather around a flower-filled table in an open field. Below the table, the seated figure dissolves into an elongated, fragmented body assembled from patterned textiles, printed photographs, and painted-looking scraps, turning an ordinary social scene into a playful meditation on identity and continuity. The contrast between the softly blurred pastoral photograph and the sharply cut, surreal extension gives the piece an offbeat, gently theatrical character.
