A Among the Stars

A monumental capital A stands against a softly weathered, star-speckled ground, its interior filled with tightly drawn swirling ornaments that resemble carved wood, curling vines, and wind-shaped waves. Fine sepia linework defines the letter’s architectural silhouette, while muted burgundy, mauve, slate blue, and brown gather near the lower sections to give the decoration a quiet stained-glass richness. The central counter remains open, creating a strong geometric pause within the dense ornamental field.
