A warm-toned commemorative poster presents the United States Bill of Rights in dense, carefully ordered columns beneath a bold Gothic title and the ratification date of December 15, 1791. Blackletter headings, ornamental initials, and formal serif body text lend the piece the authority of an historic document, while a cursive memorial inscription at the bottom shifts the presentation toward personal remembrance. The parchment-like ground and symmetrical layout give the work a solemn, civic character, with the National Emergency Civil Liberties Committee identified beneath the dedication.
