A frontal devotional portrait gathers a haloed maternal figure above three closely grouped children, their solemn faces emerging from layered robes and sweeping circular aureoles. Broad, tactile brushwork gives the painted surface a handmade presence, while dark contour lines, metallic-looking accents, and enlarged eyes recall the visual language of icons without strict naturalism. The crowded vertical composition feels protective and ceremonial, set against a rough silver-gray ground.
