The Montresor Case File

A theatrical crime-file composition presents layered manila folders, clipped paperwork, and a taped photograph documenting Fortunato’s fate. Angled pages and bold black typography create the feel of an assembled investigation, while the inset scene of a bound jester-like figure in a rough underground crypt adds a dark literary drama. The work turns Edgar Allan Poe’s tale into a tactile visual dossier, balancing archival order with ominous narrative tension.
