Blue Flame Ascending

A vertical, blue-dominant composition gathers luminous, flame-like forms against a deep shadowed ground. The central structure suggests a loosely emerging figure or flowering plume, with translucent contours curling upward and heavier folds descending toward the lower edge. Broad layered passages are interrupted by pale, energetic marks that define the drifting edges, giving the painting a mysterious, elemental presence and a strong sense of upward movement.
