Woman Beneath the Blossoms

A contemporary figurative painting presents a dark-haired woman reclining against pale, paper-like forms, her lifted hand partly veiling her face with vivid red and orange blossoms. Softly modeled flesh emerges from a sea-green ground, while translucent layers, scattered floral shapes, and exposed brushwork give the composition a dreamlike, collage-like atmosphere. The direct gaze and poised gesture create a quiet sense of mystery and self-possession.
