THE WEDDING RINGS

These rings represent how Sophie and Charlie, along with the woman and her long lost love, get to spend the rest of their lives together living in peace while everyone around them, including their families and friends, approves of their marriage. In Romeo and Juliet, they do not get to have the approval of their families, and have to deal with the constant war and violence between them. They also do not get to live to see the future of the love. This is another example of how Letters to Juliet is more joyful and has less of an intense and dark tone than Romeo and Juliet.
