Josiane Leal

Josiane Leal creates playful digital illustrations and photomontages that place animals in unexpectedly human worlds—from a lion washing dishes to a sloth colliding with a vintage car. Her photorealistic technique, vivid color, and carefully staged detail turn absurd encounters into lively visual stories. From underwater dancers and circling sharks to an elephant and chimpanzee on a nightclub dancefloor, her work balances humor, surreal drama, and cinematic energy.
