A parchment-toned civic poster presents selected amendments to the United States Constitution in large, centered serif type. Collaged newspaper fragments, postal ephemera, film strips, botanical scraps, and fine geometric marks frame the text, giving the piece the character of a handmade archival scrapbook. The restrained border and aged paper ground the educational message in a reflective historical atmosphere.
