Aus Sternenstaub, München Paraty 2018, 110 x 240 cm, Acryl/Vollzwirnnessel

A loose watercolor composition places a broad, ring-like yellow form against a deep gray-violet ground, accompanied by a pale blue geometric shape at left and a small turquoise accent near the center. Broad translucent washes, angular white interruptions, and uneven edges give the arrangement the feeling of an abstracted still life, while the strong horizontal grounding band creates a quiet sense of weight and enclosure.
