Bear Beneath the Carousel Lights

A warmly observed fairground photograph centers on a bear-costumed rider gripping the pole of a galloping carousel horse, surrounded by painted tigers, zebras, and ornate panels. Strings of bulbs arc through the dusk while families gather behind the railings, their faces and winter clothing adding a candid human presence to the theatrical scene. The framing places the bear against the carousel’s decorative sweep, balancing playful spectacle with the atmosphere of a busy evening celebration.
