Amber woman Study

A vertically composed woman portrait emerges from dense, heavily worked paint. An elongated ochre-and-russet head occupies the upper center, with a dark, watchful eye and softened muzzle suggested through layered marks rather than precise contour. Pale rounded forms and shadowed textures descend through the lower half, while deep blue, green, and violet passages frame the figure like a dim woodland or interior space. The surface feels tactile and exploratory, balancing recognizable anatomy with near-abstract dissolution.
