A handmade ceramic wall relief presents a roughly circular, scalloped form as an eccentric face. Two mismatched, dimensional eyes and an open mouth with exposed teeth are set against the muted gray-beige surface, while the bold nameplate below gives the piece the feeling of a character portrait or small museum specimen. Its irregular modeling and weathered finish create a playful, uncanny presence.
