Surreal Symphony in Ochre

A richly modeled mixed-media composition presents an elongated, fantastical musician whose body merges with a stringed instrument, curling horns, tubular forms, and sweeping bands that suggest sound in motion. The frontal figure emerges against a deep red ground, while repeated vertical shapes at left establish a rhythmic counterpoint and the single watchful eye creates an uncanny directness. Sculptural contours, luminous highlights, and theatrical distortions give the work the atmosphere of a vivid musical dream.
