madilyn trahan

Madilyn Trahan creates cinematic photographic works that transform intimate encounters into scenes of period romance. Working across color film photography, photographic stills, and digital collage, Trahan focuses on elegantly dressed figures, exchanged glances, quiet gestures, and moments of emotional suspense. Warm daylight, lamplight, deep shadows, and carefully composed pairings lend the images a wistful, narrative quality, as though each frame belongs to a larger, unfolding story.
