Occupy the Square

A vintage French event poster pairs oversized, hand-rendered black lettering with a pale green ground and a detailed bird’s-eye drawing of an urban square. Small figures gather among surrounding buildings, trees, and streets, while blocks of text announce a neighborhood festival and open-air cinema. The slightly weathered print and uneven typography give the work a grassroots, civic character rooted in 1970s-style community graphics.
