Canopy of Color

A vertical street photograph looks upward and down a lively pedestrian passage sheltered by hundreds of suspended umbrellas. Their translucent panels form overlapping geometric shapes in pink, yellow, green, blue, and violet, while dark spokes, hooks, and tangled strings of lights create a dense linear lattice beneath the bright sky. At street level, plants, building facades, market details, and passing pedestrians anchor the exuberant overhead installation in everyday urban life.
