Craig

Craig, a super tusker fills the frame in a sepia-toned wildlife portrait, its sweeping tusks and deeply creased hide, rendered with striking clarity against a softly blown-out savannah backdrop. The close cropping gives the animal a stately presence, while the acacia tree behind it anchors the scene in open African grassland. High-key lighting and the aged tonal treatment lend the work the feel of an archival print, turning a documentary encounter into something quietly reverent and timeless.
