Keeper of the Feathered Rite

A richly rendered dark-fantasy figure stands frontally against a nearly black, textured ground, holding sweeping feathered fans in both raised hands. The ceremonial headdress, elongated mask-like face, layered purple garments, furred cuffs, and segmented leg coverings create the presence of an enigmatic ritual dancer. Symmetrical framing lends the work an icon-like authority, while subdued highlights emerge from the surrounding darkness to emphasize the costume’s elaborate textures and theatrical silhouette.
