Glass Flowers in Suspension

A close, atmospheric photograph studies several transparent hanging glass ornaments painted with vivid floral motifs. Against a deep black ground, the rounded forms catch cool reflections and saturated reds, blues, greens, and yellows, while cords, beads, and a wooden beam create a framework of vertical and diagonal lines. A softly blurred turquoise foreground element crosses the lower frame, lending the carefully focused arrangement a dreamy, market-stall intimacy.
