Your hand in mine.

I don't remember my birth, or anything up until I turned three, but you do. All throughout these 17 years, you've been documenting, smiling, just as you were in this photo, even when I was no longer a tiny baby in your arms. To love is to be seen and heard, and you have truly seen it all: thousands of videos and photos of my debate tournaments, competitions, bad days, and good ones... you have made an effort to see it all, and I am glad. So keep your hand in mine, though mine are no longer small and dainty, and I'll document you, document us, and document the world we find together. 我不记得自己出生时的情景，也不记得三岁以前的任何事，但你都记得。这十七年来，你始终用镜头记录着，脸上挂着微笑——就像这张照片里那样——哪怕我早已不再是那个依偎在你怀里的小婴儿。爱，意味着被看见、被倾听；而你确实见证了一切：成千上万张照片和视频，记录了我的辩论赛、各类竞赛，以及我生命中的起起落落——你用心记录下了这一切，对此我深感欣慰。所以，请继续牵着我的手吧——尽管我的手已不再像儿时那样娇小——我会记录下你，记录下我们，也记录下我们共同探索的这个世界。
