Fragments Through the Fire

A layered mixed-media collage stages a fractured black figure against a faceted forest ablaze, while cutout photographs of observers, workers, a seated man, and a child holding a teddy bear surface across the scene. Geometric paper shapes interrupt the photographic fragments, creating a disjointed narrative that moves between environmental catastrophe, memory, and spectacle. The floating child portrait offers a quiet emotional counterpoint to the scorched landscape and scattered human presences.
