Fragments in Deep Blue

A densely worked abstract composition built from overlapping painted passages, torn paper, and sharply cut geometric fragments. Deep brown and charcoal fields anchor the surface while vivid blue forms, white strips, rust-colored planes, and thin tan lines create a restless network of interruptions. Scraped marks, visible brushwork, grid-like incisions, and scattered splatters give the piece the energy of an active studio surface, with the central cluster pulling the eye through a layered, asymmetrical arrangement.
