Truong Kua

Truong Kua creates character-driven works on paper, bringing uniformed figures, fashion silhouettes, and small theatrical arrangements into focus. Across mixed-media compositions and graphite studies, bold marker color, confident outlines, and visible paper textures give each subject a distinctive presence. Quiet yet gently playful, these scenes suggest fragments of narrative—a briefing, a pose, or an encounter paused mid-story. Kua’s work balances graphic clarity with the warmth and spontaneity of handmade storytelling.
